On September 15, 2026, sci-fi survival thriller After Impact debuts on North American streaming, DVD, cable, and satellite platforms after a deal the filmmakers made with Freestyle Digital Media.

After Impact tells the story of Ethan Nester (Michiel Rensen), who inherits one of the largest greenhouses in the country from his recently deceased father, just as the world faces a devastating threat from an approaching asteroid. As society begins to unravel, Ethan grapples with personal betrayal, overwhelming loneliness, and the growing fear that survival may come at the cost of his humanity. Seeking refuge in his family’s bunker, he endures the harsh aftermath of the impact, wrestling with physical injury and emotional despair. When a faint voice crackles over his radio, Ethan realizes that he’s not as alone as he believed.

Written, directed and produced by Michiel Rensen, Rensen also stars in After Impact, along with Maxie Li, Riki Antonievich, Will Clague, Stephanie Ramlose, Lee-Ann Dirks, James Crompton, Moehau Hodges-Tai, Lisa Zhang, Karlton Laing, David Tiko, Carolyn Deng and Sean O’Connor.
