Oscar-winner Michael B. Jordan directs, produces and stars in a visually breathtaking, sensual, and unexpectedly moving heist thriller, where the most dangerous man in the room is the one nobody’s watching. The Thomas Crown Affair also stars Kenneth Branagh, Adria Arjona, Lily Gladstone, Danai Gurria and Pilou Asbæk.

The 2027 film is the third adaptation of Alan Trustman’s original story, with a refreshed script by Drew Pearce and Jason Hall. The first was the 1968 Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway classic directed by Norman Jewison. The second was the 1999 John McTiernan version with Pierce Brosnan, Rene Russo and Denis Leary headlining. Amazon MGM Studios is scheduled to reveal a teaser trailer for Michael B. Jordan’s 2027 thriller on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026.
