The Maryland Science Center celebrates Halloween all October long with three John Carpenter cult classic horror films on the largest indoor screen in Maryland. Doors open at 6pm, with drinks provided by Ministry of Brewing before the film begins at 8:05pm.

The Fog

Local legend tells of a ship lured on to the rocks of Antonio Bay being enveloped by a supernatural cloud as it sank. According to the myth, when the mysterious fog returns, the ship’s victims will rise up from the depths seeking revenge. The Fog stars Adrienne Barbeau, Jamie Lee Curtis, Janet Leigh, John Houseman, Tom Atkins, James Canning, Charles Cyphers, Nancy Kyes, Ty Mitchell, Hal Holbrook, John F. Goff, George ‘Buck’ Flower, Regina Waldon and Jim Haynie.

Christine

Christine centers on a nerdy teenager who purchases a strange car with an evil mind of its own and his nature begins to change to reflect the vehicle. Christine stars Keith Gordon, John Stockwell, Alexandra Paul, Robert Prosky, Harry Dean Stanton, Christine Belford, Roberts Blossom, William Ostrander, David Spielberg, Malcolm Danare, Steven Tash, Stuart Charno, Kelly Preston, Marc Poppel, Robert Darnell, Richard Collier, Bruce French and Douglas Warhit.

Halloween

Fifteen years after murdering his sister on Halloween night 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental institution and returns to the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois, intent on continuing his killing spree.
