On February 1, 2025, Waxwork Records releases the Thanksgiving Original Motion Picture Soundtrack by Brandon Roberts. Originally an “Upcoming Feature” trailer to an unmade movie in the 2007 Quentin Tarantino/Robert Rodriguez double feature Grindhouse, the holiday horror film by director Eli Roth was released in the United States on November 17, 2023.

After a Black Friday riot ends in tragedy, a mysterious Thanksgiving-inspired killer terrorizes Plymouth, Massachusetts – the birthplace of the holiday. Picking off residents one by one, what begins as random revenge killings are soon revealed to be part of a larger, more sinister holiday plan. Will the town uncover the killer and survive the holidays – or become guests at his twisted holiday dinner table? Thanksgiving stars Patrick Dempsey, Ty Olsson, Gina Gershon, Lynne Griffin, Karen Cliche, Nell Verlaque, Rick Hoffman, Derek McGrath, Katherine Trowell, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Mika Amonsen, Amanda Barker, Shailyn Griffin, and Tim Dillon.

Emmy Award winning composer Brandon Roberts’ music can be heard all over the scoring world today. From the Academy Award winning documentary Free Solo, to the pulsing action of World War Z and Logan, to the surreal reimagining of Jordan Peele’s Twilight Zone and the horror of Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving.
