On November 11, 2024, Marcus Theatres launched a movie membership service. For $9.99 per month, moviegoers who join Marcus Movie Club receive a credit to see any 2D movie each month. Additional member benefits include 20% off food and beverages, unlimited access to additional tickets for $9.99 each, and don’t pay digital convenience fees. At the program’s launch, unused monthly ticket credits roll over and both credits and the discounted ticket pricing could be used for early access and opening night screenings.

As of 2024, Marcus Theatres was the fourth-largest movie theatre chain in the United States, owning or operates 993 screens at 79 locations in 17 states under the Marcus Theatres, Movie Tavern by Marcus and BistroPlex brands.
