Building on their relationship with Rockstar Games, Netflix gets the exclusive rights to debut a video presentation titled Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look. The premiere is not the first collaboration between the two media giants. Netflix previously secured Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition for its mobile gaming service, which quickly became one of the platform’s most downloaded hits as of 2026. The company later brought the beloved western classic Red Dead Redemption to the service.

Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look premieres on Netflix globally on Thursday, August 27th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto VI is set to be released on November 19th of the same year.
