Get Jiro takes place in a future Los Angeles controlled by elite chefs. Sushi chef Jiro becomes embroiled in a bloody culinary war with rival gangs, seeking vengeance through his cooking skills amidst the cutthroat restaurant scene. Get Jiro is based on the graphic novel of the same name by the late Anthony Bourdain and Joel Rose.

The Adult Swim television series Get Jiro features the voices of Brian Tee as Jiro, along with Titus Welliver, Alison Pill and Justin Kirk.
