Submit Events and Coupons
Anyone can submit Events to be posted on FanCalendar.com. Whether your Event will be posted depends on how many submissions we receive during any given week. Please allow 3 business days for your Event to be posted. Paid submissions are usually posted within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a link to the page once it goes live. There is no free option for Coupon submissions.
Standard SEO Keywords
All published Event and Coupon listings come standard with world-class SEO configurations in the background their pages. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and relates to how pages are indexed by search engines. Keywords can be seen by viewing the HTML code of any web page and looking for the Meta Keywords in the heading of your page’s code (looks like “meta name=”keywords” content=”keyword1,keyword2…”). By default, all pages come with basic keywords, such as the Event or Coupon type, location name, city, state, zip code and event name. All pages feature a professional, organized layout that showcases your Event or Coupon details. Other features include a QR code, page URLs and multiple share buttons for easy sharing on other platforms.

Four (4) Links to Your Websites
Event and Coupon listings include links to four of your web media platforms, such as Websites, Social Media, and Youtube Channels.
Guaranteed Posting
All paid listings are guaranteed to be posted and are usually live within 48 hours or less. If there is a delay, we’ll email you with any issues.
Featured on Home Page
Deluxe Event and Coupon listings are featured on the home page, along with other locations on the website, giving them greater visibility to visitors.
Email Newsletter Feature
Deluxe Event and Coupon listings are showcased in our periodic newsletter, which is emailed to more than 10K subscribers.
Custom Page Design Options
If you are submitting a Deluxe Event or Coupon listing, you have the option of choosing from more than 20 page design design options, including more than 10 animated designs.

If you are submitting a Deluxe Event or Coupon listing, you can submit additional keywords that improve Search Engine discoverability of your pages.
Listing Duration
Listing duration only applies to Coupons. Your Coupon listing appears daily in that day’s Event and Coupon list until the promotion expires, or until the maximum number of days is complete. Events are permanently archived and will always be able to be accessed on the dates they occurred, in the “In History” tab.
