On December 13, 2019, the world’s largest ScreenX auditorium was inaugurated at the Màgic Badalona shopping center’s Ocine movie theater, located in Badalona, Spain. The theater has 398 seats and presents films in the ScreenX panoramic film format. ScreenX presents movies with expanded, dual-sided, 270-degree screens projected on the walls in a theater. First introduced in 2012, ScreenX is co-developed by CJ 4DPLEX, a subsidiary of the CJ CGV group, and KAIST.
