Universal Pictures announces the launch of a new horror franchise with the October 17, 2025 theatrical release of Black Phone 2. The sequel stars Ethan Hawke, Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, Jeremy Davies and Miguel Mora. The film is directed and co-written by Scott Derrickson.
