Writer and director Kevin Grievioux, co-creator of the Underworld franchise, begins production on War Dawgz with Plymouth Boulevard Productions, in Los Angeles and Pomona, California, on December 2, 2024. Grievioux made the announcement on his Facebook page days later. Jay Ruggieri is the Director of Photography, with Kevin Weisberg, Damien Douglas, Dan Choi, Kurt Finney, Matt Macur, Jared Safier, Lenny Vitulli, and Thomas Walton Producing the project.

War Dawgz centers on a diverse group of neighbors from Compton that unite in the midst of turmoil, as they face a terrifying threat. Dubbed “The Orochi,” this formidable enemy launches a full-scale assault on American soil, forcing the community to confront the fears and prejudices that divide them. As chaos unfolds, bonds of friendship and courage are tested, revealing the strength found in unity.
