The Shaboozey and Stephen Wilson Jr. duet Took a Walk from the soundtrack album from the film The Long Walk, is available on all digital platforms starting September 5, 2025. Shaboozey introduced a screening of The Long Walk on August 26, 2025 at AMC The Grove 14 theater in Los Angeles, California, where he talked about his love for Stephen King, his songwriting process, and collaborating with duet partner Stephen Wilson Jr.

The Long Walk is directed by Francis Lawrence (Constantine, Red Sparrow, I Am Legend, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Parts 1 & 2 , and The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes) and stars Cooper Hoffman, David Jonsson, Garrett Wareing, Tut Nyuot, Charlie Plummer, Ben Wang, Roman Griffin Davis, Jordan Gonzalez, Joshua Odjick, Josh Hamilton, Judy Greer and Mark Hamill.
