Time Trax is a science fiction television series that first aired on January 20, 1993 on the syndicated Prime Time Entertainment Network (PTEN). The time travel series revolves around a police officer from the “Fugitive Retrieval Section” named Darien Lambert (Dale Midkiff), who’s sent two centuries into the past to a parallel universe. His ongoing mission is to apprehend and return convicted criminals who have escaped prison in the future. Time Trax was the last original production from Lorimar Television and was created by Harve Bennett, Jeffrey M. Hayes and Grant Rosenberg. The TV series also starred Elizabeth Alexander as Selma, Peter Donat as Mordecai Sahmbi, Malcolm Cork as Hunter, Margo Losey, Mary-Margaret Humes as Tulsa Giles, Mia Sara as Annie Knox, Steven Grives as Callender, Henry Darrow as The Chief, Tamblyn Lord as Andrew Edwards, and Tiriel Mora as Belmont.
After originally airing for two seasons and 44 episodes, Time Trax soon began running in syndication on United Paramount Network (UPN) in 1995.
