Netflix Reveals First Official Trailer for The Old Guard 2

News | May 8, 2025

Netflix

On May 8, 2025 Netflix revealed the first official trailer for The Old Guard 2, set to stream exclusively on the platoform beginning Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The Netflix films adapt the graphic novel series of the same name by Eisner award-winning writer Greg Rucka (Lazarus, Black Magick, Wonder Woman) and critically acclaimed artist Leandro Fernandez (The Discipline, Deadpool, Punisher: Max).

Cursed with immortality, The Old Guard centers on Andromache of Scythia (Charlize Theron) and her comrades-in-arms, who ply their trade for those who can find, and afford, their services. But in the 21st century, being immortal is a difficult secret to keep, and when you live long enough, you learn that there are many fates far worse than death.
