On July 5 and 6, 2025 Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey celebrates the release of Kevin Smith’s crossover comic Archie Meets Jay and Silent Bob. The Giant-Sized Amazing Archie Event features writer and filmmaker Kevin Smith, along with “The Riverdale Peeps.” Smith is joined by superstar comic book artists and other Archie creators delivering the crossover comic Archie Meets Jay & Silent Bob.

Ticket holders to the event get Kevin Smith signed copies of the Secret Stash exclusive variant as one of the guest gifts before it hits the shelves in local comic book shops.

Attendees also meet, greet and take a professional photo with Kevin the other guests, including: Fernando Ruiz, interior artist for the the book and instructor at The Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in Madison, New Jersey; Chris Campana, cover artist for many of DC and Marvel hit comic books and artist for the Secret Stash variant cover; Jesse Goldwater of Archie Comics; and more.

Smith also wrote one of the leading stories in Marvel Comic’s Giant-Size Amazing Spider-Man #1, which is in comic book shops as the time of this event. Organizers are including a Kevin Smith-signed copy of that book in the guest gift bag, along with one other surprise, signed comic. The shop suggests that Spider-Man could make an appearance during the event as well.
