The first-ever Exxxotica Atlantic City Edition took place April 19 – 21, 2013. Exxxotica Atlantic City was held at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort on the city’s famous boardwalk. The inaugural Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards, also called “The Fannys,” were held on April 20, 2013 in the Grand Ballroom of the Trump Taj Mahal, hosted by pornographic actress Alexis Texas, along with comedians Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson.

A second edition also took place at Donald Trump’s Taj Mahal Resort the following year, however Exxxotica would not return to Atlantic City in 2015. As of 2025, there were four U.S. editions of Exxxotica Expo, including: Chicago, Illinois; Miami, Florida; Washington, DC; and Edison, New Jersey.
