The Rivers and Bridges Brigade of the Pennsylvania Browncoats are presenting Pittsburgh’s 18th Annual Can’t Stop the Serenity charity screening of the 2005 cult science fiction classic Serenity. For the first time in four years, CSTS Pittsburgh will screen Serenity indoors in a proper theater setting. This year’s screening takes place on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the historic Grand Theatre in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania.

There will be drawings too, including a door prize and a special drawing for those who are seeing the movie for the first time. Prior to the Serenity screening, there will be time to socialize and play Firefly- and Serenity-themed, carnival-style games to win prizes. Doors open at 6pm, and the film screening starts at approximately 7:30pm.
