Blumhouse and Universal Pictures released the first official trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 on July 24, 2025. Blumhouse horror film Five Nights at Freddy’s was the highest-grossing horror film of 2023, making way for a sequel to be developed soon after the first movie’s release. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 begins a second chapter of animatronic terror when the sequel is released in movie theaters on December 5, 2025.
