The jury for Lycoming Arts inaugural River Valley Film Festival includes Oscar winner Tom Woodruff Jr. (Death Becomes Her), media and entertainment journalist Ethan Alter (Adweek), Lycoming Arts Film Office Co-Chair & book publishing expert John Shableski, former editor at Awards Daily & co-founder of The Contending Megan McClachlan, and writer & illustrator Emily Flake.

Throughout its 65 year history, Lycoming Arts has put together community events and arts initiatives for the city of Williamsport. The River Valley Film Festival, one of their largest projects to date, takes place at the AMC Classic Williamsport 11 Theater, in downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania, from July 17-20, 2025.
