The 3 Chambers Festival showcases hip-hop, martial arts and anime culture through a variety of live music performances, immersive art, and film screening experiences. According to its website, the festival derives its name from the three levels of artistic expression – including art, music and film – with chambers referencing the stages of a monk’s journey to becoming a kung fu master in the film The 36th Chamber of Shaolin. The 3 Chambers Festival also pays tribute to hip-hop icons Wu-Tang Clan along with Shaw Brothers cult martial arts film classic The 36th Chamber of Shaolin.

The 2024 edition of 3 Chambers features:

• An exclusive advanced screening of the new true crime documentary series Killa Hill, which chronicles the escalating murder rate fueled by the crack epidemic which defined the notorious Park Hill projects of Staten Island and home of the Wu-Tang Clan. There will also be a post-film discussion with special guests.
• The Wu-Tang Wednesday Opening Night Party featuring drinks, Wu-Tang spins, and more! Guest DJ will be 9th Prince, brother of Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA and founder of Killarmy.
• An interactive screening of Berry Gordy’s cult classic The Last Dragon with live scoring by Shaolin Jazz. Taimak (star of THE LAST DRAGON) will also be in attendance for the post-film discussion and meet & greet. There will also be live martial arts demonstrations by the Pantherz Demo Team and Cequence Henry aka Running Fist Ronin.
• A Hip-Hop Concert series with a lineup that includes JustoMobbin, MindsOne, S. Dot Lee, and Landon Wordswell. Our headliner will be hip-hop and battle rap legend Mickey Factz. We will also have vendors, video game stations, and food trucks. The concert will be hosted by Fuzz Jaxx.
• Martial Science Professor Shihan White Owl will engage participants in the art of QiGong for physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. The session will take place in the Sokoto House Garden. We will have free water, Gatorade and Coco Pipa will supply smoothies.
• Pendulum Ink’s Business of Hip-Hop Masterclass with Mickey Factz will focus on the importance of music artists affairs and how to maximize monetization via social media. From Publishing to Royalties, Touring and Merchandise, an artist will be better equipped to lead the charge in this challenging industry. There will also be a networking mixer after the masterclass.
• Anime Night on the final day of 3 Chambers Fest! Enjoy live DJ sets, live music performances, video game tournaments, cosplay competitions, stand-up comedy and a vibrant celebration of all things gaming and anime culture. Current performance lineup includes LouisTee Comedy, Ebony Angelique, Wills Maxwell, Sheme of Gold, Real Life Party, SkyBlew, and Kiko Blac. Hosted by Blerdz Unite.
