The vampire Count Dracula induces a naive real estate agent to his will, then takes up residence at a London estate where he sleeps in his coffin by day and searches for potential victims by night. Based on Bram Stoker’s famous novel, Dracula was directed by Tod Browning and Karl Freund. The classic horror film was released by Universal Pictures in 1931, with a cast that included Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula and Helen Chandler as his minion, along with David Manners, Dwight Frye, Edward Van Sloan, Herbert Bunston, Frances Dade, Joan Standing and Charles K. Gerrard.
