Warrior takes place set against the backdrop of the Tong Wars during the late 1800s, where a martial arts prodigy named Ah Sahm (Andrew Koji), from China, immigrates to San Francisco and becomes a hatchet man for the most powerful tong in Chinatown. The series, which is based on the personal writings of martial artist and actor Bruce Lee, also stars Olivia Cheng, Dianne Doan, Jason Tobin, Kieran Bew, Langley Kirkwood, Dean Jagger, Joanna Vanderham, Tom Weston-Jones, Hoon Lee, Christian McKay, Perry Yung, Joe Taslim, Robert Hobbs, Miranda Raison, Nicholas Pauling and Dustin Nguyen.
