Kaiju Brooklyn aims to bring together the best of Asian fandom and celebrate all things Kaiju in a fun and unique environment. The backbone of the Kaiju fandom has always been Japanese toys. Kaiju Brooklyn brings together toy vendors that specialize in rare vintage sofubi, as well as those that stock modern, fully articulated Kaiju.

A fast growing part of the Kaiju community has been the amount of fan art to come out since 2014. While most cons have few artists who specialize in Kaiju art, Kaiju Brooklyn gathers some of the best Kaiju themed artists around to showcase their talents.

Guests for the 2025 edition of Kaiju Brooklyn include celebrities Phillip Andrew (Merrick Baliton, the Lunar Wolf Ranger in Power Rangers Wild Force), Keone Young (Mr. Wu in HBO’s Deadwood, voice of Kaz Harada in Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi, Doctor Onda in Netflix series Ultraman: Rising, voice of Dr. Yamamoto in the anime Godzilla Singular Point, as well as Samurai Jack, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Codename: Kids Next Door, Men in Black 3, The Mighty B!, and American Dragon: Jake Long) and Linda Jo Miller (star of King Kong Escapes), along with artists Matt Reedy, Steve Chanks, John Gebbia and Gino Patti.
