New Regency and Death Row Games’ Good Game Champ division introduced the video game In Time, the first in a series of games to be adapted from New Regency’s film properties, into the immersive world of Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN).

In Time is a 2011 sci-fi action film directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried, Cillian Murphy and Olivia Wilde. Set in a dystopian society where time serves as currency, the film delves into a world of stark inequalities, where survival hinges on every second. Its narrative and themes of resistance provide a wealth of rich storytelling potential.

The adaptation is the first being developed from the New Regency archive into the Fortnite universe. The partnership is the first of its kind between Death Row Games and a film studio.
