Shot and released in January of 1979, Football Widow became the first erotic film to be shot fully on videotape. The adult movie’s release coincided with the home video revolution, which was just starting to take off at the time. Produced by Arrow Productions and directed by Daniel L. Symmes, Football Widow stars adult cinema icon Seka, along with Janice James, William Margold, Mike Ranger, Al Shuler and Bud Wise.

The 27-minute long Football Widow follows the misadventures of a woman whose lecherous, repulsive husband becomes addicted to football and ignores her completely. After the wife breaks the TV, she has a fling with a television repairman. Her husband doesn’t pay any attention to her, so she goes to Seka’s house for some two-on-two couple’s action.
