The Asylum and Rubey Entertainment present a special theatrical release of Sharknado: The 10th Anniversary Edition, featuring an all new 4K remastered version with never-before-seen kills and thrills! Fans can catch the iconic moments from one of cinema’s cult classics for two nights only in select movie theaters nationwide.

Fully remastered in 4k with hundreds of new visual effects, Sharknado, the story of a freak tornado that attacks Los Angeles with gale force winds, metric tons of water and thousands of nature’s most ruthless killers, is finally ready for the big screen.

Sharknado is directed by Anthony C. Ferrante, with a cast that includes Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, John Heard, Cassandra Scerbo, Jaason Simmons, Alex Arleo, Neil H. Berkow, Heather Jocelyn Blair, Sumiko Braun, Diane Chambers, Julie McCullough, Marcus Choi, Israel Sáez de Miguel, Tiffany Cole, Trish Coren, Charles Hittinger, Aubrey Peeples, Michael Teh, Connor Weil, Christopher Wolfe, Steve Moulton and Robbie Rist. The over-the-top horror comedy originally aired on Syfy and was immediately embraced by the Comic-Con community and spawned five sequels, including Sharknado 2: The Second One (2014), Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (2015), Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens (2016), Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (2017), and The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time (2018). All the sequels also starred Ian Ziering and Tara Reid. As if that weren’t enough, Jeremy Wagener wrote and directed a mockumentary in 2015 called Sharknado: Heart of Sharkness and a behind the scenes documentary called Sharknado: Feeding Frenzy the same year.
